Is this medical care?

No. A Certified Functional Health Practitioner does not diagnose or treat disease. We interpret advanced functional labs and design nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement protocols. We collaborate with your medical providers when appropriate.

Do you accept insurance?

Services are not billed through insurance. Some functional lab panels may be partially reimbursable depending on your carrier — we can provide superbills on request.

What does the 12-Week Method cost?

The program is quoted during your 45-Minute Root-Cause Program Fit Consultation. Labs are billed separately at direct-to-lab cost. There is no obligation to enroll during the consultation.

How does the client journey work?

Three steps. First, the 3–5 minute Root-Cause Fit Assessment. If it's a fit, you'll be invited to a 45-Minute Root-Cause Program Fit Consultation to discuss your health history, goals, and whether this program is the right next step for you. From there, Week 1 of the 12-Week Mineral Rebalance Method™ begins with a comprehensive health review, onboarding, and personalized planning.

How much of my time does the Method require?

Roughly 60–90 minutes every other week for calls, plus 15–30 minutes daily for protocol implementation. The protocol is built to fit inside a demanding schedule.

Can I do this virtually?

Yes. The Method runs entirely by secure video. Lab kits ship to your home; blood draws use in-network draw sites.

How soon will I feel different?

Most clients notice meaningful shifts in energy, sleep, or clarity within weeks 3–6. Deeper hormonal and mineral rebalancing takes the full 12 weeks and often beyond.

What if my labs come back 'normal'?

Functional interpretation uses optimal ranges — narrower than conventional 'normal.' We read patterns, ratios, and cross-panel context. 'Normal' rarely means 'optimal.'

Do I have to take a lot of supplements?

No. Recommendations are targeted, sequenced, and specific to your labs. The goal is repletion and rebalancing — not a lifelong shelf of pills.
