H. pylori is a common bacterium that lives in the stomach lining. Many people carry it without symptoms, but it can affect stomach acid — which you need to absorb iron, zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B12. This test detects the bacterium itself in stool (not antibodies), so it reflects what's present now. You may also see it called "H. pylori test", "H. pylori stool test", or "H. pylori antigen test".

How we interpret it

We read every panel through a functional lens — optimal reference ranges, ratios, and cross-panel patterns. Results become part of your written Root Cause Report and your personalized 12-week protocol.

A positive result is shared with your medical provider. We support digestion and stomach health alongside their care, and recheck at least four weeks after treatment ends.
